Kelly has a thorough understanding of our needs here at the Westlake facility and has been able to make recommendations that best fit those needs. Since we've switched services to CCP, our employees have been very satisfied with the products provided.
What is really nice about Kelly is he seems to genuinely enjoy his job, which makes him a delight to work with. They have a large selection of various products to choose from ~ our people are getting spoiled! Our previous supplier also had a good selection, but at a higher cost. All products are less expensive, straight across the board.

with their regular customers, Custom Coffee has always made sure that we were happy with their
service and their product. Recently we needed to consolidate the area where our coffee maker,
grinder and supplies were located. Sean Brennan, your Services Support Supervisor came out
personally and helped me configure the space, the coffee units, and the supplies. He made it so
easy and shortened the timetable between our deliveries so we would always have the stock
available for our needs. I worked with several other vendors before finding you, Custom Coffee

...We had been with a few coffee companies prior to this, with 1st Choice being our last one prior to choosing your company. As with many companies, we were approached by one of your representatives and at first I was not sure about venturing into a new relationship with another coffee vendor but the enthusiasm, dedication to the company (and, of course, the option to have a party) opened it up for a trial run. The party was a great success and many people opted to give your company a try.

Yesterday I called your San Diego office and Jennifer answered the phone. I inquired about hand sanitizing machines and Jennifer could not find one readily available so she took my number and said she would call me back. Only a few minutes later she called to say that you do not carry them but had done my homework for me and had 3 websites for me to check out. Now how is THAT for service?!? Most companies would have simply said they could not help us. Once again, your service goes above and beyond. From our driver, Bill Johnson, to Jennifer and Carol in the office we always get great, friendly service and I just thought someone should know how we feel. Too often customers only call when they are NOT happy. That is simply not the case with us. You have an terrific staff and we appreciate them.

At first, I was reluctant to switch from our old coffee service to Custom Coffee, but after meeting with Karen Paz, I was one hundred percent positive we had done the right thing.
The coffee, as well as the other products, are very good and Wayne delivers them on time with a spirit of enthusiasm, whether the order is large or small. He keeps our inventory well stocked. I never have to worry about the closet items. I trust him with out keys!
